Shipping & Returns

At Shanti Publications, we are committed to delivering your books quickly, safely, and in excellent condition. All confirmed orders are processed within 2–3 working days and shipped within 3–5 working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details for easy monitoring.

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, you can raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. After approval, we will either replace the item or issue a credit/refund as per your choice.

Please note that shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is from our side. Cash on delivery (if offered) may not be refundable and will be adjusted in credit.

Our team works closely with trusted courier partners to ensure smooth delivery, but delays due to unforeseen circumstances (strikes, natural calamities, courier delays, etc.) are beyond our control. We aim to make your book-buying experience smooth, reliable, and customer-friendly.
